"Jess is an outstanding talent who has really come into her own over the last couple of years. Having represented Great Britain at a number of competitions since 2012, her biggest achievement to date has to be her hugely successful performance at the Commonwealth Games 2014 where she represented Team England and finished an incredible 6th overall with a PB. Her future goal is to compete at Rio 2016 Olympic Games and with her talent, determination, dedication and positivity you'd be crazy not to watch this space!
Jess has such a positive personality and a hugely contagious smile that you see everywhere - whether in official athletics photos or her endless selfless! Outside of athletics she is a personal trainer and a very successful fitness model where she has taken part in campaigns for the likes of Nike, Adidas, Virgin London Marathon and Runners Magazine to name a few.

I tend not to have a ritual purely because I’m the most forgetful and ditzy human there is. I know I’ll forget whatever it is if i had one! However, one thing I always do is wear long socks for my 800m, I think it’s a strong look , you've got to love the long socks!
